Oliver arrived on Sunday, December 22nd 2013 at 9:13 am - 4.35kg (9lbs 9oz) / 57 cm long (22.5 inches).
He was born at the hospital at the Private Clinic in Bad Soden which was absolutely wonderful. Very low intervention yet wonderful facilities. We had huge suite nicer than any hotel we've stayed in! No restrictions on visitors or visiting hours made it really easy for Todd and Stewart to come and go. We especially enjoyed the wonderful meals and the daily "Kaffe und Kuchen" (Coffee and Cake) which came around at 3pm.
In Germany he is called a "Sonntagskind" which means because he was born on a Sunday he was born under a lucky star. He is the best European Souvenir ever!
