A quick turnaround from Austria, into Germany, through The Netherlands and Todd was pulling into Antwerp Belgium for some business meetings. Wow! What a beautiful town and only 3 hours from Frankfurt! The city itself is a perfect blend of history and culture as well as home to a large university and TONS of students.
Now, the beer in Germany is very good, but the Belgian's have the market cornered on unique flavors. The last pub we went to had over 100 beers each of which was served in its own unique glass. Fruit Beers, Sour Beers, Trappist Beers (Monastery Brewed), etc, etc, etc!
It was a quick trip, but will be back in the spring with the whole family!
