2013 was a year of change and challenge for me and my team here in Frankfurt.
We turned over 80% of the team (myself included) and faced one of the biggest downturns the European Market has ever seen. That was the bad news, but the good news is that we have an AWESOME group of talented people just chomping at the bit to turn it around in 2013!
We celebrated the end of a tough year and the start of a great year with a trip to the famous Frankfurt Christmas Market and a big Italian Dinner in the city.
I am very lucky to be part of such a diverse and talented team!
