Our good friend Vannessa Moses made the trip over form Paris for a weekend at Gasthaus Hertzler!
We have been friends dating all the way back to our crazy days at Michigan State University. She is the ultimate entrepreneur, with her hands in everything from Real Estate, to Beverage Distribution, and even the Culinary Arts! She had been taking 4 weeks worth of cooking classes in Paris as part of her recent developing Culinary career and was nice enough to shoot over and hang with her old friends, The Hertzler's.
Arriving by plane into the Frankfurt International Airport on Friday, we took to the countryside for a 36 hour Germany Blitz. We managed to squeeze 3 full days worth of stuff into a short weekend, consuming mass amounts of food & wine along the way. It was feast for the senses.

I had the best time and Todd & Jackie are the ultimate hosts! You may get "conned" into drinking great wine and playing Scrabble at which time your 3-letter Scrabble words may anger Todd :) but honestly it was the best time! We'll for sure be back to drink beer, look each other in the eye, and cheer PROST! Love from Chi!
