I have thrown myself headfirst into the social scene by attending The American Women's Club coffee get together yesterday and happened to meet some really nice people from the Detroit area of all places - Farmington Hills, Clarkston, South Lyon! Afterwards my Russian friend Irina, Stewart, and I met Irinia's friend in Mainz for lunch. We walked around the city, saw a beautiful cathedral, and strolled the Rhine River. It was a great day!
Todd has planned our first overnight trip this weekend for my birthday to an undisclosed location. Fun details to come!
